At Bloom Neuro Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe personalized care takes time. Every initial evaluation is a comprehensive 90-minute appointment, allowing for a thorough examination, discussion of your medical history, functional assessment, patient education, and development of an individualized treatment plan.
All subsequent appointments are 60 minutes of dedicated, one-on-one care focused on your individual goals and recovery.

Specialized knowledge, compassionate care, and space to feel truly heard.
Courtney is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with a certificate in vestibular rehabilitation. She is also certified in LSVT BIG®, dry needling, and Graston Technique. She believes meaningful recovery begins with care that is calm, encouraging, and centered on the whole person.
